How do I order
my personalised gift puzzles?

Personalised gift puzzles are easy to order. Just follow the basic rules and we'll do the rest!

Email us the picture/photo togethor with your instructions - it's as easy as that. Alternatively you can post or courier us your pictures/CD with the instructions.

All pictures sent whether with courier or any other delivery service must contain your name and address and contact number. 

Please remember that all emailed pictures must be in .jpg format with a resolution of 300dpi or higher. We will enlarge or reduce it and convert it into a high quality  gift puzzle. Also take note that with certain sizes, we might do some minor cropping of your copied picture.  

You also need to indicate on the order form whether you would like to have any words/captioning done on the puzzle. That is what will make your puzzle gift unique as it will reflect something very personal. Whether it is just a name or a nice message.

We will first make a draft of the picture, email/fax it back to your for your approval, before we put it through our press.

Personalised gift puzzles are made to order from an image supplied by the customer. Prices start from R12.00 upwards depending on the order.

Pricing includes basic image set-up for printing, resizing, fixing of minor blemishes such as scratches and dust specks, and cropping or adding borders as necessary, so that the puzzle fits the dimensions.

Remember that our pricing also includes captioning/adding words to your puzzles. What our price exclude is any graphic design that needs to take place i.e Invitation design etc. You can enquire about this option as we need to determine your exact requirements and then quote you on the outcome.

Please note that the prices of the personalised gift puzzles are different from the educational range. The reason for this is that with the personalised puzzles, the image is supplied by the customer and not designed by us and/or photos taken by photographers.

We at Puzzle Perfect knows that you care about your personal information. We appreciate that you trust us with it and promise not to deliver this to any party.

By submitting photos or artwork without concent forms, you represent that all appropriate concents for reproduction have been obtained and furthermore indemnify Puzzle Perfect from any legal action that may arise from reproduction.

If you do wish to utilise any other photo's that is copyright protected then please obtain the copyright release form or a letter from the owner and submit with photo.
