So, if you are interested in raising funds
in a no-hassle
way, then consider selling Puzzle Perfect
personalised puzzles.

There are two options discussed
below, but we have many more ideas!
Option 1
This is how it works:
Contact us first. We will then ask you a few questions,
discuss your goal and get all the start-up information to you.
We will then send you order forms that have your
special code on it.
Member/kids of your school/organisation spread the word
about the product and give out order forms. The kids/members do not collect
money or pictures, they do not even deliver the product.
They simply hand out
order forms. Puzzle Perfect will handle all the work. We will communicate
directly with your customer, since personalised jigsaws normally involves
questions and we do not want to take a chance of losing people's photos etc.
At the end of the fundraising period, Puzzle Perfect will
send your organisation a cheque based on your sales with a report of whom the
customers where.
Codes can also be developed if you like to track sales of
individual members of the group.
Option 2
Example: Your school needs a swimming pool. We generate a
picture of a swimming pool and create a very big jigsaw puzzle. Each
of the pieces of the puzzle represent a certain amount of Rand totaling up to
the amount needed for the swimming pool.
Now, each child receive a piece or a
few pieces of the puzzle that they will need to sell together with a letter
describing the need for contributions.
As the puzzle pieces are sold, a bigger
picture of the same puzzle on the notice board starts to emerge as they receive
funds. Making the swimming pool possible.
At the end of the fundraising
exercise, all the names of the people who bought a puzzle piece is then invited
to attend the "gala event" where they will need to fit their puzzle
piece onto the main board.
The emphasis is that all the pieces of the puzzle are
needed to achieve the reality of a successful fundraising campaign.
